I have a lot to say about this episode. So incredibly rich.
Let’s start with resonant frequency.
Yes, it’s nice when we vibe and resonate with others in the soul field, but I was struck by your example of a glass shattering when it experiences sonic resonance beyond its ability to absorb.
(I’m feeling like the glass these days)
Lest someone say, “oh, well that’s just because you’re too brittle, hard, and fragile. You need to be more flexible.” I would respond that the same qualities that make the glass the glass also leave it vulnerable to shattering under certain conditions, i.e. too much resonance.
So perhaps I shall reincarnate as a tuning fork lol. I dunno but I was previously serving as a glass and I’m cultivating a form and a community that will afford me a more resilient - but still resonant - experience.
