Nodes in the Net — a New Podcast!
This podcast establishes the Creekmasons as a node in the internet; a gathering place; a reflection of the (inter)net in whole; an interbeing-esque connection to every infinite speck of divinity housed in the atoms of the material world.

What is it?
It’s not robotic small talk; the Nodes in the Net podcast is weekly, wide-ranging, irreverent, tangential “big” talk that caters to the interests of the Liminal Trickster Mystics that inhabit New Age and Intellectual spaces. It’s spiritual and philosophical; introspective (often) and political (on occasion).
Borrowing from Buddhism’s Indra, the show's titled Nodes in the Net. We’re all aiming to strengthen the fibers connecting us by polishing up each brilliantly reflective node.
With a title meant to be a play on Indra's Net that has a flavor of techgnosticism to it, this podcast establishes the Creekmasons as a node in the internet; a gathering place; a reflection of the (inter)net in whole; an interbeing-esque connection to every infinite speck of divinity housed in the atoms of the material world.
Initiated Creekmasons, Geoff (and/or JT) will be hosting. That's a responsibility you could summarize as engaging in the same sorts of conversations that we'd be having anyway, but in a forum that allows for others to discover their own voice reflected back to them from published media.
Nodes in the Net will be discussions (and some turn-taking in impassioned rants) about some of our favorite books, ideas, podcasts and philosophies. We're imagining that listeners will be able to use it as a recommendation engine, a synchronicity factory and a stand-in for the audience for some of their favorite media.
Nodes in the Net has got a college dorm at 1 AM vibe, but we mostly record mostly sober.
Most episodes, we draw a Tarot card from Geoff's Rider-Waite deck and improv a discussion off of it, using it as a tool for introspection and contemplation that, we hope, is a little more interesting and invigorating than basing discussion around current events from the toxic twenty-four hour cycle.
