Jeepform is a specific short form method of play, think theater of cruelty (Artaud) meets the gestalt therapy. If a goal of Nordic larp is bleed, where the player and character inform each other explicitly, a goal of jeepform is to break participants down to build them up. In one of my experimental performance classes, we did one called fat man down, about masculinity and body shame. We spoke about one involving alcoholism and abuse but didn’t do it.
