Love this. Thanks for sharing. Just reading the prompts shifted my frequency and I’m looking forward to trying it in meditation for some insight on my path.

As for manifestation, we manifest our reality perpetually. I don’t think it’s harmful to dream for different or better, in a non-attached way. I think non-attachment is key to manifesting without controlling.

Many people say they want this material thing, or that relationship, not knowing what they truly are desiring. If one hones in on exactly what they want - freedom or security, rather than money; companionship or support rather than a partner or friend; then we open ourselves up to receiving our true desires without needing them to be boxed in a certain way. This is how we stay in that state of delight & wonder without being attached to a specific outcome that is too limited, and allowing us to suffer if we don’t get it exactly that way, often missing the exact blessing we asked for in a different box.

Thanks for the insights!

I too have felt that actively aiming to manifest anything until I've cleared my programming is risky, so I aim for feelings of ease and peace. I do often talk to my throat. It constricts for no and opens for yes. As does the body generally. But words or insights do come to me sometimes and I've been hoping to hone this for more clarity and, frankly, for trust, which I still struggle with. After years and years of being gaslit about my own needs, wants, feelings, the modicum of trust I have built with myself is sometimes shaky. So you hit it on the head in discussing the difference between my ego/programming and intuition/higher self. Thanks for this practice. I look forward to trying it.

Particularly interesting that you rely on kinesthetic communication from your True Self. I’ve got audio, Echols described visual... I wonder if there are people who experience guidance through smell! Haha

Thanks for the kind words! Sorry to hear about the trauma. I have a little bit of that as well. Wishing you healing and growth, integration and peace!

Thank you, Geoffe. I really appreciate that. You as well.

And hah. I've been going through some weird, weird (well, weird? they were new for me) experiences these last few months and I'll tell you all my clairs were activated. I was smelling things I hadn't smelled in years and feeling touches that weren't literally happening! So I 100% believe that some probably do! Clairolfactance. But the question is, how do they decipher its meaning?! :D

Oh. My. God. Clairolfactorance. I’m dying!

Nice article Geoffe! I have been experiencing the True Self via clairaudience for the past few years. The main thing I notice in order to distinguish it from the ego, is the difference in texture (and some clear content red flags). It took a while of really practicing communing with it to see the clear difference. Now it's almost second nature knowing what's an ego derivative vs. the true self coming through. As I've done more clearing of imprints and traumas, the true self is more prominent naturally. It's like a see-saw of power dynamic/presence relative to where I once was.

Thanks for including my work and keep it up man!

Such an important caveat: the ego definitely sometimes likes to masquerade as Truer than it really is haha. I feel I’m getting better at it as well.

It strikes me that being able to trust our intuition about Truth is going to become an increasingly vital skill as we descend ever further into a post-truth deep fake society...

I could not agree more! It's why I created a training on it not too long ago : )

This is pure gold, Geoffe! I resonate so much with everything you say here. I do a lot of magic practice/spellcraft, etc, but it's almost always for the healing of others. My guides and I have actually talked about this at length. They urge me to get more active in this co-creation process, while my default is to trust Spirit/Divinity way more than I trust my own desires (for all the reasons you pointed out here). And I personally don't subscribe much to transactional practices because it doesn't feel like good relating to me, so, again, the bulk of my work is devotional. All that being said, one thing that I've found super helpful is if I can get to the root of how I want to FEEL (versus a thing I want to happen or not happen) then I can do some sort of spellwork to manifest that feeling. (For example, instead of manifesting a certain amount of money, doing a spell to feel safe.) And then I still always end with a statement like "...in the highest and best way, for the highest and best outcome for all."

I LOVE your clairaudience method. I'm going to try it right now. Thank you so much for sharing that! ❤️

Definitely better to conjure feelings rather than specific material outcomes! I’ve heard that advice many times.

I definitely prefer it, there’s just the issue of slipping into spiritual bypass or negating opportunities to integrate the shadow, right? How much do we learn and grow (as people and as Souls) through painful and challenging emotions?

You said you prefer to stay away from transactional magick so I’m sure we’re on the same page here, though. This totally isn’t any criticism of you or anything and I super appreciate this thoughtful, vibey response to the piece.

I love how on the same page we are. I’m often spoiled by only hanging out in fan communities centered specifically around my favorite podcasters, so it’s such a relief to find a like mind in the wild. We’re not that alone in this after all!

💖💖💖 Definitely not alone in this! And I completely agree about not bypassing or repressing. For me, the first step in getting to the root of how I want to feel is to fully accept and include my present state of being. This doesn't come naturally to me and is something I've had to learn to intentionally practice.

I do my best to be ready for when the sacred tickle-itch comes a callin. It’s an energy body and physical body thing.
